all packages will be sent to the destination of the chosen agencies in your area which you'll go to and collect your package.

a receipt for your package will also be sent to you via email and potentially WhatsApp

Return & Exchange Policy

if having any issues and wanting to return a product, send us a message via email and well get back to you and have a meet up in a public location to complete the return.

returns will only be approved if actually noticed of an error/damage or mistake with your desired package.
